How do I place an order?

• Karachi: 2-3 working days
• Other cities in Pakistan: 4-6 working days
• International Orders: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

What if I provided an incorrect delivery address?

• If an error is noticed immediately after placing your order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp for prompt corrections.

Return and Refund Policy

• We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
• To start a return, contact us at info@trendx.pk. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

• Please inspect your order upon reception.
• Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method.
• Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
